Thank you for using ActivityHub. We value each member of our community and strive to provide the best experience possible. If you feel it’s time to move on and would like to delete your ActivityHub account, we are here to help you through the process.
Important Information Before You Proceed:
Account Deletion is Permanent: Please be aware that deleting your ActivityHub account is an irreversible action. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to retrieve any of your account information, preferences, or settings.
Retention of Past Purchases: While your account will be deleted, any past purchased registrations you have made through ActivityHub will be retained. This is to ensure the integrity of our records and to provide you with any necessary historical data upon request.
Backup Your Data: If there are any details or information in your account that you wish to keep, we recommend that you back them up before proceeding with the deletion process.
Post-Deletion Access: After your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to ActivityHub services, including the mobile app and any associated features.
How to Delete Your Account:
Deleting your ActivityHub account can only be done through our mobile app, available on both iOS and Android platforms. To proceed, follow these simple steps:
Open the ActivityHub App: Launch the ActivityHub app on your mobile device.
Navigate to Your Profile: Tap on the ‘Account’ menu located typically at the right bottom in the app menu.
Choose to Delete Account: Find and select the ‘Delete Account’ option.
Confirm Your Decision: You will be prompted to confirm your decision to delete your account. Please read the prompt carefully before confirming.
